Kalaam Telecom for Communications L.L.C (Single Person Company) (hereinafter \u201cwe\u201d or \u201cKalaam\u201d), are dedicated to ensuring the utmost privacy and protection of our customers. Sensitive Personal Data<\/td>\nRefers to Personal Data that includes information revealing an individual\u2019s racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, genetic data, biometric data, health information, or data that indicates whether any of the individual\u2019s parents are unknown. This type of Personal Data requires a higher level of protection due to its sensitive nature.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Third Party<\/td>\nRefers to any entity or individual, other than the Data Subject, the Controller, or the Processor, who is authorized to access, process, or control personal data under the direct or indirect authority of the Controller or Processor. When the purpose for processing Personal Data no longer applies, or retention is no longer required, we will securely delete, anonymize, or archive the data in line with PDPL requirements and in alignment with the security practices and guidance of the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA).<\/p>\n

                  We are committed to protecting your personal data and ensuring its accuracy. We implement reasonable physical, administrative, organizational and technical safeguards to help protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use, and disclosure. For instance:<\/p>\n

Once a request to exercise any of these rights is received, we will respond within 30 days from the date of receipt in accordance with the PDPL and its implementing regulations.<\/p>\n
