  • Critical Risks: Not acceptable; service is not provided until resolved.
  • High Risks: Not acceptable; strong security controls and monitoring in place and subscriber impact minimized.
  • Medium Risks: Accepted with mitigation measures; residual impact is minimal.
  • Low Risks: Within normal operations and considered acceptable.

For your cloud service :

  • Cyber-attacks → Critical Risk → Mitigated through firewalls, intrusion detection, and incident response protocols
  • Data leakage → High risk → Mitigated through encryption, access controls, and continuous monitoring
  • Data loss → Medium risk → Mitigated through backups and recovery processes
  • Service disruption → Medium risk → Mitigated through redundancy and failover systems
  • Minor misconfigurations → Low risk → Controlled through monitoring and technical audits

4. What This Means for You

  • You are unlikely to experience data loss or leakage, as we employ industry-standard security measures.
  • Temporary service disruptions may occur during upgrades or unforeseen technical issues; we work to restore services rapidly.
  • If an incident arises that may directly affect your data or service, you will be notified promptly.
